Throughout the day, Cindy will guide you through the full process—from assessing the natural lashes and creating the right lift to selecting and applying extensions that complement the lifted base. Each live model begins with a consultation and lash assessment, giving you context for the choices being made before the service starts and showing how the approach changes from client to client.

Whether you’re new to combining the two services or already offering a version of it, this workshop is focused on helping you refine your technique, troubleshoot more confidently, and make more intentional decisions behind the chair.
What We’ll Cover
Understanding the service — how Korean Lash Lift + Extensions differs from a standalone lift or traditional extension set, client suitability, expectations, consultations, and when to modify or decline the service.
Korean lash lift foundations — natural lash assessment, rod and shield selection, preparation, placement, lash alignment, processing considerations, and common lifting challenges.
Extensions on lifted lashes — post-lift assessment, preparation, curl and length selection, diameter and weight, isolation, attachment, direction, coverage, density, and creating a cohesive blend.
Customization + mapping — eye shape, natural lash direction, texture, spikes, length balance, and adapting the lift and extension design to the individual client.
Live model demonstrations — consultation, treatment planning, lift technique, extension application, styling, result review, and aftercare with explanations throughout.
Retention, fills + troubleshooting — shedding and grow-out, attachment challenges, maintenance, fills, removals, future lifting appointments, longevity, and home care.
Pricing + introducing the service — pricing around time and product costs, booking-page positioning, client communication, rebooking, follow-up, and presenting your results.
Live Model Education
This workshop is built around real clients rather than one fixed formula.
Before each demonstration, we’ll discuss the model’s natural lashes, desired result, and treatment plan. You’ll then see how that plan translates into the service in real time, with explanations and opportunities to ask questions throughout.
The goal is to help you understand the reasoning behind the technique so you can confidently adapt your approach instead of simply memorizing a sequence of steps.
Workshop Format
This is an in-person, watch-and-learn workshop.
Students will observe live demonstrations while Cindy teaches and explains the service throughout the day. Hands-on student model practice is not included.
This format allows you to focus fully on the technique, styling decisions, and details that can be difficult to absorb while simultaneously performing the service yourself.
